hrm.....well I made dough for the week. So I think I'm going to long island and getting a older Jeep Cherokee. That should be fun, I want to laugh at potholes. I kinda like working at RS full time sometimes. I can sell tons, I don't promise things that don't happen. Seems to work. Mad tired and my phone was dead most of the day, too much running around think I forgot to charge it last night.....case you haven't noticed I'm too tired to be posting. |

I'm on livejournal again. Time for an overhaul. Life is a very very strange being. Summer is great but such a long time between classes, I tend to loose what I've learned. And the classes up and coming aren't going to be the most fun. At least I'll have a friggin degree. THANK GOD. Working in the place I though would be least likely to enjoy, although alot of people might have told I would be working there. Radioshack baby, pimping cables and celly's! And this coffee is SHIT. Wheres the binger??? f*ck that shit wrap it up. |

Yeah.....AWOL again....school. Lotta tests. It's great that all my classes test at different times, usually opposing weeks. But I'm doing pretty well, and if I keep on it, I'll make Dean's List. Much Happiness. Plus I have to get my impacted wisdom teeth removed, kinda stinks, but I'll be drugged, so who cares. I was sick for the last week or so with a nasty lump on my jaw from an infection. How icky. Antibiotics fixed that fairly promptly. I kinda like my job.....it's growing on me. Nice atmosphere and I do like working with people, I don't know how much I love the selling part, but I'm doing pretty well. Decided recently that I'm just gonna give in and look into becoming a teacher, hopefully as a professor (MANY YEARS OF SCHOOL AHEAD). I figure, I'm a dork, I like school, I like to learn.......why not.....healthcare at least. Bed again, sleep overcomes. |

Okay huge post time. Life has been very busy. Last tuesday I think it was, kinda shocked me. Severely. I'm driving home from work on 787, a large 3 lane highway, with construction being done on it. I'm following an ambulance about 10 car lengths behind him. Perfect weather out....like 70 degrees. Blue sky........light traffic. I'm BLLLLLLAAAAASTING the new linkin park - reanimation cd (high voltage). And I see the abulance lurch forward, white smoke pour from all four tires. I see this rather large hunk of metal make black crayon marks on the ground. It's sliding perfectly straight....utterly straight utill the front end twitches ever so slightly left. Contacts the concrete median (think 495 near the city). I watched this to linkin park, as I saw without a sound this huge THING lift off. Flip. Land on it's side. And slide. I'm on the brakes by now in full "hey I need to stop about 30 feet ago, going to fast down strong road" fashion. I stopped before his skid tracks began. He had slid about 100 feet past that. Heart pounding I decide there isn't a fuel leak, nothing is going to blow up, and I have a med kit in the back. So I do a hard clutch fade and zip up. Get out....run over (by now, and I swear in UNDER 30 seconds, volunteer EMS people show up), and help open the back. Want to know what I saw. I saw the abulance gurney latched to the floor. Then I saw the old lady on the gurney. Managed to get her out of the ambulance (the ems peeps did it all really, I'm not gonna bullshit credit), and she's obviously not in the best of health, rail thin and about 80+. Fire trucks show up and check things out, an ambulance to take the new patients and the older one to the hospital, there were construction workers swarming about and taking pics, bunches of state troopers. BUNCHES. Left my name and number and left. That was just plain disturbing..... Work has been treating me well, I just don't like doing sales. I really don't like doing sales. But my boss is REALLY nice, it's fairly decent money, and they work nicely around school. I can't really argue, it's not something I love, but I'm REALLY trying to do better in school, so far I have been pulling 77-95 range in everything. Much better. Solid little circle of friends developing at school. To be honest, I am more social at this school than I was at "home". It's very weird and I still miss long island alot. I'll try to post more....but my last detail of the night is this. I just saw hoobastank, blindside and greenwheel....last two were pretty damn good, hoobastank was AWESOME though. Reminded me of mindtwist show...... Every show I go to reminds me of past ones. Something I love almost as much as the charge of a good band and that awesome feeling of people just reacting to sweat, exhaustion, and just slammin' sound. Smile. |

mmmm I had to work on my night off cuz my boss go sick....this job isn't too horrible and I'm really enjoying the discounts......though it's far to easy to bust my check there. I already dropped like 180 on a new celly :) Getting hooked up on monday and about 2 months from now I'll have a nifty data plan.....mmmmmmm online palm pilot. Plus I have no contract with sprint. how nifty is that? though I'm in a 1 year contract with verizon for my mommies cell phone ( I decided to get rid of a bill for her ) any random hot chicks wanna have sex with me? All work and no play.... |

I've had an interesting waking period. Slept 8.5 hours. Awoke at 11:30, managed to catch the phone ringing. Roommate got arrested. (vehicle badness). See ![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif){kind=small} mylifeseyesYeah. Had to drive to Warren County (and search the town within). Well here's what happened.....left at like noon. Drove the 50 miles up 87 to warrensberg. Noticed how in the Aderondac (sp?) mountain area it's already fall like, tree's are all turning. I really enjoy driving on 87, it's a nice view once you get away from civilization. Get to town, find the laundrymat that we're supposed to pick roomie up at. Not there. Drive around a bit, interrorgate motorcyclists as to where someone would hang out, motorcyclists tell us that it's a bad idea to ask people on motorcyclists where to go, because they are almost always about 200 miles away from where their from. Very very nice people and they did help up find the town hall. We (me and dawn, oh dawn was with me by the way), walk south through town downhill and ask random people where might be a good place to go, eventually someone tells us about the other laundrymat "2 lights away". So we end up walking the mile back. Then another mile uphill. big giant tip, when upstate, lights are FAR APART, even in towns it seems.. So. We find roomie, walk back to car ect ect ect. Driving home, I pick up a pace car and follow them. Just cruising. Get about halfway home. State trooper radar/lasers lead car. I release gas, drift back. State trooper def decides pursuit is a good thing, whips around and pulls out. I now have a good chunk of space between myself and the lead car, trooper zips up and points and mouths for me to pull over. Jumps ahead of me, lights on, pulls over the front car. Comes get's my lic and reggie. Gets annoyed that I have my old lics (old addresses, keep em cuz i forget my wallet every once in a while and I don't want the no lic charge). Goes back to car.....we all wait in the car (duh) doing the cops are mad jitters. Gives paperwork to lead car and walks back, leans in and says "I gave the other guy the ticket for 83 in a 65, I'm letting you off with a warning." Gave me a ticket for no front plate, and a ticket for the extra lic's cuz he had to impound them. So I have to go to court, but neither are anything I can get points for so I'm pretty happy. I have the other bumper piece for the plate and I just have to pop it on, I'm betting chances are I'm going to go there, show that it's fixed, plead ignorance of the lic's, swear up and down it will never happen again period. Prolly get it lowered at least, won't be too bad. Whew. Drive home....here I am. |

whew....i just had an 8am soc exam. That sucked....i dun think I did the greatest.....maybe an 80. Blah. I don't like the teacher either.....i don't think she really likes teaching, seems more a chore to her. Math class blew by quickly, cuz gee I've only done this math like how many times? blah.....so glad it's the weekend, and I'm praying the boss didn't put me on for tomorrow. I'm so exhausted. |
